Take a drive out to Historic Onalaska, WA and test your pacing skills in the first annual CATCH THE BIRD Predicted time 5K Run & 1Mile Run/Walk. This event supports The Onalaska High School Track & Field Team as well as the local food bank.

The courses are TOP SECERET until race day but we can say they will be flat and scenic.

After the race enjoy post race foods and raffle drawings as well as the opportunity to personalize your t-shirt. Great fun for young and old alike so bring the whole family!
